The states currently participating in the program are Illinois, North Carolina and Tennessee. Partners include the state prosecutor coordinating agencies, local prosecutors who have been selected for the innovation programs and prosecutors who act as mentors and host visits to their offices. In addition, the Bureau of Justice Assistance program monitor is actively involved in the program.
